Job Title: Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist (LCSW, CMHC, MSW, ACMHC) to join our growing Integrated Behavioral Health team.
Job Overview:
As an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care to our patients. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as provide crisis intervention and care coordination.
Job type:
Full-time, pending insurance credentialling
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health and substance use needs
- Provide traditional therapy services
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and the care team
- Provide short-term, solution-focused individual and group psychotherapy
- Offer psychoeducation to patients and families to promote understanding and self-management of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, and assist with accessing appropriate resources and services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted licensure in Utah
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish-strongly desired
- Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations
- Training in trauma-informed care
