Pay: $50 per clinical hour for Associates which increases to $60 per clinical hour after the 90-day introductory period, $70 per hour for Licensed therapists, or $80 per clinical hour after the 90-day introductory period.

Responsibilities:This position primarily involves:
- Providing therapy for individual, couple/partner, and family clients
- Managing your caseload and scheduling responsibilities
- Assisting in marketing efforts (blog writing, networking, etc.)
- Attending supervision/consultation and weekly team meetings
- Completing all essential clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Fostering our practice community through efforts to build relationships with your colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active social justice values and anti-oppressive, liberatory therapeutic framework
- 3 years of training/experience working with marginalized populations in social justice-oriented work and familiarity with traumas associated with systemic oppression
- Previous training and experience working with LGBTQIA folks, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, kink, etc.
- Previous experience and training in Relational Gestalt therapy and/or PACT therapy with couples
