Role Description
We are looking for a licensed behavioral health clinician to join our private practice. This role offers the flexibility of a private practice setting with a good amount of remote work as well. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing mental health support, experienced in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. The clinician will be responsible for providing therapy sessions, assessing clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and offering support and guidance to clients across the lifespan. The clinician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the confidentiality of client information. Clinicians with experience in skills-based therapeutic techniques and interventions (CBT, DBT) preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience working with adolescents and adults
- Knowledge of various skills-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Excellent empathy and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and on site (flexible, hybrid schedule)
- Master's (LICSW or LMHC) or Doctorate degree in Psychology, or Social Work
- Independent licensure required
