Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Arizona DCW certification is required (or willingness to complete training upon hire).
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Fingerprint Clearance Card is required (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required if transporting clients.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others.
