Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asbestos Remediation Manager to oversee and coordinate remediation projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and restoration processes. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage teams, build relationships with clients, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage remediation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support throughout the remediation process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of sites to identify hazards such as mold or asbestos, developing appropriate remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations for restoration.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including reports on findings, methodologies used, and outcomes achieved.
- Train team members on best practices for mold remediation and asbestos abatement techniques.
- Build strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the project.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of supervisory level experience
- Proven experience in asbestos remediation and restoration processes.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to hazardous materials handling and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to assess risks and implement appropriate safety measures on-site.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in remediation or environmental safety are a plus.
- C-22 license holder, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
