The Opportunity :
The Finance & Data Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across the organization to develop and empower our company's business performance through reporting, analytics and insights. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills, a passion for embracing new technologies, and fresh ideas for process improvements.
You will be responsible for helping determine, measure and manage financial and business KPIs across the organization. Your insights will directly shape business decisions, improve marketing efficiency, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze marketing, financial, product and operational performance data to track key metrics, developing insights and recommendations based on trends (e.g., customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, product margins, etc.).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide decision-making. Help improve forecasting accuracy by identifying key drivers and data trends.
Assist in automating reports and streamlining data collection processes.
Work closely with senior leadership in addition to the Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze and support decision-making.
