Role Description
This is a full time role for a Paraprofessional, located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. The Paraprofessional will assist with daily tasks, support participants with behavioral health conditions and I/DD, and help implement individual care plans. Responsibilities include, assisting with daily living activities, transporting participants to activities, and ensuring a supportive and respectful environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing personal care and daily living assistance
- Skills in working with individuals with behavioral health conditions and I/DD
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- First Aid-CPR and Mandt and Medication Aid Certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
