Job Details
Plans and provides patient care for adult and geriatric patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policy and procedures.
Provides quality direct patient care and renal replacement therapies independently.
Supervises and directs patient care of other teammates in a treatment area that may or may not be licensed.
Documents patient’s physical assessment, vital signs, treatment reviews and observations in medical records.
Job Requirements
Must have BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Must have IN RN license.
Must have 2 years recent RN Dialysis experience.
Schedule Information
Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6 : 00 a.m. to finish.
Staff are scheduled on-call by the week.
Unit Specific Information
Familiar with Fresenius, T machines and Centurion ROs.
Must be proficient in peritoneal dialysis.
Additional Details
Must use the provided submission template to be considered for the role.
