Job Description :
- Work in a Rehab Division providing speech-language therapy
- Required to float between facilities as needed
- Work in a long-term acute care hospital setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using EMR system
- Follow the dress code : Navy Blue Scrubs
