Job Description :
- Provide care to emergency room patients using the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe patient care delivery in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities in line with the education and experience of available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
