Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description :
- Coordinate management of care to ensure optimum utilization of resources and compliance with external review agencies.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual patient needs.
- Enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction to promote continuity of care and cost-effectiveness through the integration of functions, including case management, utilization review, and discharge planning.
- Serve as a patient advocate through resource utilization, addressing the holistic needs of the patient.
- Ensure patient preferences are considered in care coordination.
Please note that the role does not involve on-call duties or weekend shifts. Orientation hours and guaranteed hours for the position are not specified.
