Clinic Coordinator

Job Title: Clinical Coordinator
Location: Roanoke, VA

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM (based on business needs)

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations of client abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation, including initiating, assigning, and following up on cases.
• Represent the company at conferences, provider fairs, and other events.
• Organize and participate in required meetings, including staff, house, and in-service meetings.
• Conduct client screenings, admissions, referrals, and assessments.
• Approve and monitor client service plans.
• Prepare and submit annual and quarterly reports.
• Provide pre-service and in-service training as needed.
• Assist with direct client care during staffing shortages by performing shift work.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure: LPC, LPC-Eligible, LCSW, or LCSW-Eligible.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and standing.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• PPD screening clearance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
