Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN with experience in MDS assessments and supervisory roles to join our team as an MDS Coordinator / RN House Supervisor. This position plays a key role in managing the MDS process, developing care plans, and supervising nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and proven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee MDS assessments to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans based on resident needs.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to address care concerns.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of MDS coding experience.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in geriatric care).
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- RNAC certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $83,000 - $90,000 annually.
