MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
· Part time position with flexible hours, estimated about 16-24 hours a week in office. Must be comfortable with 1099 employment.
· Demonstrated success and passion for managing social media platforms and executing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Minimum 3-5 years experience.
· Marketing degree preferred, interior design knowledge a plus.
· Responsible for all social media marketing and management. This includes our website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Houzz, Linked-In, You-Tube, Tik Tok, and more. Must be proficient in all these platforms.
· Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
· Proficient in Canva, MS suite, Adobe Suite, Google drive, and editing software as needed.
· Responsible for staying up to date with trends and technology such as AI.
· Creative vision for brand moving forward. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content that tells a story and inspires action.
· Use market strategies to grow client base and generate job leads.
· Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content such as photos, videos, reels, and stories. Able to photograph, video and edit as needed for content purposes.
· Craft compelling captions and posts that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement and maintain a positive brand image.
· Graphic design skills as needed for consistent branding. May be asked to update and/or produce company brochures, client documents, and email templates.
· Work on other marketing initiatives in addition to social media such as print and digital publicity and website SEO.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
· This position would require attending occasional job-site visits, showroom appointments, photoshoots, client meetings, and tradeshows to generate content.
· Act as a liaison for press release needs with our PR agency or similar.
· Use Google Analytics and channel-specific analytics (I.E. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and other measurement tools to provide reports on follower growth, engagement, etc., and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
· Responsible for completing daily timesheets.
· Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
· Detailed oriented and team player.

· Maintain polite and professional communication at all times. This position may have occasional client interface.
· Will be asked to use personal transportation and cell phone to complete job
requirements.
