Position Summary
The Event Marketing Manager at Kindred will spearhead both new and established marketing events throughout the US. This role is crucial in executing events that align with Kindred's brand ethos and high level of detail.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in organizing marketing events for luxury brands or the high-end automotive sector and will showcase a proven record of successful event execution. You will manage the entire event lifecycle from inception to post-event evaluations, actively engaging in all aspects of planning and delivery.
This position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to connect with key influencers, partners, and collaborators in new markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of both innovative and established marketing events across the US.
- Ensure that all events reflect Kindred's brand vision with meticulous attention to detail.
- This role is based in LA or SF Bay Area and may require additional travel.
- Plan and deliver automotive events in their entirety, from conceptualization to evaluation, focusing on seamless execution and memorable experiences for guests.
- Manage a variety of events, including premier occasions such as Monterey Car Week, new initiatives, regional engagements, exclusive customer events, driving experiences, and factory tours.
- Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design event activities that align with brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance collaborative event opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics and feedback to measure the success of events, identify improvement areas, and improve future initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate our event offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in target markets.
- Exhibit Kindred's values in all interactions with customers and internal teams.
