Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a love for children and learning new skills. We have a highly skilled team of speech therapists who love to mentor and share their knowledge. Experience in pediatric therapy and a background in evaluating and treating children with a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and disorders is preferred, but not required. We welcome new graduates to apply and take advantage of our mentorship program!

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each child's language, articulation, oral motor/feeding skills, and more!
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each child and their family.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Provide education and support to families regarding therapeutic strategies, home programs, and carryover plans.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology.
  • Current state ST license or eligibility for license as a Speech Therapist.
  • Skills in evaluating and treating children with various diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and others.
  • Proficiency in administering standardized assessments and outcome measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Dedication to providing family-centered care and advocating for the needs of children and their families.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
