Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to patients to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis

Requirements :

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in medical documentation and terminology related to behavioral health
  • Ability to provide patient care with empathy, patience, and compassion
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
