Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients through market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Create and execute strategies to generate new business and grow our client base.
- Secure and attend in-person meetings with prospects and potential clients to discuss their needs and present Kinect’s services.
- Represent Kinect at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and establish relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure high satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including client feedback, placement success, and revenue metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably within recruitment/staffing, software sales, or other professional services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and manage projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
