Key Responsibilities
- Policy Implementation: Interpret and implement quality assurance standards, draft and oversee implementation of company quality policies and procedures, and review and update the Quality Manual as needed.
- Reporting & Risk Management: Collect, analyze, and report statistical quality data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, measure and report quality costs, drive continuous reduction efforts, and monitor and assess risk management activities.
