Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager position in Stamford, CT. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the corporate gym, engaging members and teaching group fitness, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality wellness services. Additionally, the General Manager will drive engagement through innovative wellness programs, maintain a strong leadership presence, and collaborate with clients to achieve fitness center success.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Fitness Center Operations skills
- Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Management
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
