Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain specifications by observing tooling; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets.
- Ability to use the Machine Control.
- Ability to set tools and enter offsets into Machine Control.
- Ability to follow setup instructions including setting up fixtures, vices, and rotaries.
- Troubleshoot and work directly with Programming and inspection to adjust CNC programs, as required.
- Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc. as required.
- Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability and lot control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
