About the Role
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement and manage changes to existing processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of processing experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in CAD/CAM software and ability to interpret blueprints and knowledge of GD&T. A working knowledge in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry is preferred, including Aerospace standards and specifications. Excellent technical skills, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
