Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking a Team Lead for an outdoor fitness festival at Lummus Park in Miami from 1/23 - 1/26. This event is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Miami is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities in 2025.
Job Description
- Job duties as a Team Lead include tracking attendance, issuing/recording all breaks, handling incidents/conflicts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and completing a daily event recap. This is a working Team Lead position. You will be required to perform managerial and administrative duties as well as performing the same duties as the staff members. Brand Ambassadors will be engaging with event attendees, handing out free products, and taking orders in point-of-sale system. Must be comfortable memorizing and communicating brand points and company goals. Knowledge and passion for the CrossFit/exercise world is preferred.
- You will be managing 2-3 staff per shift.
- You will be required to complete a one-hour paid management training pre-shift.
- The event will be held at Lummus Park (1130 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139)
- Pay is $27/hour.
- Parking will be reimbursed post-event with a receipt up to $20/day.
Shift Times
- (Must be available for all shifts)
- Thursday 1/23: 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Friday 1/24: 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Saturday 1/25: 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Sunday 1/26: 9:30am-3:30pm
Ideal Candidates
- Previous management of brand ambassadors is required.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and interacting with large groups of people.
- Must be flexible to work any and all roles onsite.
