We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our behavioral health services in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will oversee crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment services. Your expertise in psychiatric nursing and passion for improving mental health outcomes will play a crucial role in the success of our team and the care we provide to our patients.
- Leadership: Supervise the nursing management team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s philosophy of care and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on nursing operations, patient care outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Team Support: Cultivate a positive, collaborative environment by working closely with nursing staff, supporting their growth, and enhancing team engagement.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state of Washington.
- Experience: Proven experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health settings.
- Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in managing inpatient or outpatient psychiatric or behavioral health services is strongly preferred.
