KPG has partnered with a well-established and innovative company in the medical technology sector is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for processing sales orders and issuing invoices with precision. This role requires interfacing effectively with the Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify new purchase agreements for completeness and adherence to company policies.
• Accurately process sales orders in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Perform weekly reconciliations between ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare and post sales-related expenses.
• Process credit card payment requests, including occasional weekend work.
• Monitor and follow up on special agreements and customer arrangements.
• Assist in preparing monthly analysis reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS in accounting is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting-related functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and SalesForce.com is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
