Requirements:
- NC Physical Therapist License
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- At least two years of school PT experience
- Five references from PTs/supervisors
- Ability to effectively participate in IEP meetings
- Demonstration of exceptional documentation skills
- Work with a high level of independence
