Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare overviews of the installation schedules for recreational construction projects.
- Schedule meetings and communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure customer project expectations are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with subcontractors and our administrative team to ensure timely payments, customer sign offs, and effective paperwork execution.
- Support sales team with post sale customer service claims, owners manuals, drawings and completion of all project sign off documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure QC checklists are executed and proper project documentation are being tracked.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data in the project management software
- Track and support CRM data input for the sales team to ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Ability to multitask and manage up to 10-20 active projects at the same time.
- Identify potential subcontractors within specific regions, where required.
- Generate submittal packages and closeout documents to obtain project completion certificates from customers and installers
- Ensure that crew leaders submit proper documentation to confirm the project is on schedule and that work sites are maintained according to standards.
- Assign crews and communicate all project details.
- Work closely with sales representatives to understand scope of work on projects, vendors involved, and realistic timelines for completion.
- Maintain professionalism while providing customers and sales reps with all critical project details, including timelines, crew details, project status, delays or issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Coordinate deliveries of equipment to project sites.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, and third-party vendors to ensure installations meet customer expectations
Experience
- Ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be highly organized, possess great customer service skills, and be able to partner with customers, contractors, internal and outside sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed project goals with minimal direct supervision.
- Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recreation industries is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,893.00 - $85,683.00 per year
