Compensation : $150,000 - $200,000 Competitive Bonus Plan

What You will do :
Lead the sales strategy for the branch by utilizing your deep understanding of clients' needs, offering tailored solutions for energy efficiency, building automation, and HVAC systems.
Guide and mentor sales teams , setting targets, providing support, and ensuring performance.
Drive market growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Seattle market with your strong relationships with key decision-makers and understanding market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Take full ownership of the branch's financial performance by closely monitoring and managing the P&L to ensure profitability. This includes overseeing revenue generation, cost controls, and margins across all sales and operational activities.
What we are looking for :
Proven track record of success in selling commercial HVAC controls sytstems and facility solutions; 10 years is ideal
Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment, controls hardware, energy analytics, and integrated building automation.
Solutions approach supported by technical applications understanding to relate well to chief engineers and facility managers.
Business acumen - able to add value at the C-level financial decision-makers
Leadership - proactive nature with strategic vision to build a market and assemble the people and resources to deliver.
Sales Execution - Relationships, substance and follow through.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or appropriate industry training and commensurate experience in lieu of.
