We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with Workday expertise to support a top client. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to assist with HR operations, manage employee relations, and contribute to various HR initiatives, all while utilizing your Workday knowledge to streamline HR processes and enhance data management.
Position is on-site in Flowood with 3-6 months duration depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers across all levels of the organization.
- Use Workday to manage employee data, streamline processes, and generate reports.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting in Workday.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, ensuring accurate documentation in Workday.
- Advise management on HR-related issues and recommend solutions that align with company objectives.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with HR team members and other departments.
