Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute innovative promotional campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and foot traffic.
- Manage and create compelling content for our social media platforms to showcase properties and events.
- Assist in planning and executing engaging events, such as property openings and community activities.
- Develop eye-catching marketing materials, including flyers, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Maintain organized marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
- Conduct research and manage data entry for real estate listings and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, delivering insightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with tenants on joint marketing efforts to foster mutual success.
- Assist with creating floorplan exhibits and visual materials for management and marketing needs.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the broader team.
