Job Responsibilities

• Simulate, test, optimize, and redesign products and processes across a wide spectrum of physical problems using advanced engineering techniques such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and Discrete Element Method (DEM).
• Provide support for simulations by conducting physical testing such as: tensile testing, friction testing, component validation physical testing.
• Tools list: Ansys, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, OpenRadioss, Rocky DEM, Catia, HyperWorks, Python, Instron.
• Fields: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering

Students must be currently enrolled and in good standing with the University.
