They are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand market presence in their top-performing region in Southern California.
This field-based sales role will be expected to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with key distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling, to expand the customer base.
- Cultivate new sales prospects to expand customer opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools and systems.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in events.
