Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Specific Responsibilities:
The Maintenance, for Kinetik will be a member of Kinetik Reliability Support team at the company’s Pecos office reporting to the Director, Technical Services.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
Review/process E-Maint work orders. Notify work centers of priority notifications
Generate job plans for approved work orders.
Coordinate with warehouse to acquire parts needed for work orders.
Schedule work orders as they become available
Generate reports on work orders such as scheduled, backlog, partially closed, orders on hold, etc.
Coordinate with Maintenance Foremen, Technicians, Management, and other support functions to accomplish goals
Plan, Schedule, Chair Weekly Planning / Scheduling Meeting
Maintain/Distribute Maintenance, I&E, Measurement and Compression work schedules
Create work orders as requested by employees and contractors
Create and send out reports as requested by HSSE, Environmental, Maintenance, Compression, Measurement and I&E
Travel to compressor stations / plants as needed for conduct E-Maint refresher training
Develop / Maintain / Distribute Outage List reports
Stay current with HSE A Game Learning
Participate in Kinetik Safety Programs
Perform vehicle inspection on company vehicle
Set up new equipment functional locations in E-Maint
Monitor/Review MoC’s for action.
Activity (These activities are in addition to the ones listed above)
Maintain E-Maint CMMS
Schedule Work Orders in E-Maint CMMS
Meet with Operations & Maintenance Teams to schedule work based on availability of process equipment, repair parts/materials/Equipment & work force resource availability
Participate in MoC program to ensure changes on equipment are documented and approved prior to releasing a work order to a schedule
Plan, Resource and Schedule Mechanical Integrity Inspections as defined in the PM Work Orders
Participate in contractor vendor selection
Professional Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
5 yrs in a gas plant, field gas compression, and/or pipeline operating environment.
Excellent communication skills including computer-based technical writing and technical editing
Proficient in MS Office with special emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to function daily in SAP PM Module and train others on basic tasks and reports.
Proficient in document control, records retention, and record keeping.
Ability to operate Company Vehicle / Safe Driving Record
