Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Measurement Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities associated with accomplishing the Company’s measurement objectives in the field, including: Operating Company-owned vehicle in safe and responsible manner. Supervising Measurement Technician and Contractor activities, including but not limited to equipment installation, operation, and maintenance, to provide accurate data to the Measurement Data System. (MDS) Monitoring SCADA and MDS systems to identify and address potential issues. Ensuring completion of and reviewing required calibration tests and gas/liquid samples as needed each month. Supervising and assisting in the performance of all necessary troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work on (EFMs), primary measurement devices, gas chromatographs, continuous samplers and related equipment. Communicating effectively and maintaining effective work relationship with broad range of customers, Measurement Analysts, Producer Customers and Management, both internal and external to the Company. Monitoring system balances and advise other Operations groups as required, to resolve issues to maintain control of this key business parameter. Participating in operational review of measurement policy, procedures, equipment and facility design to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analytical and abstract thinking skills with the ability to quickly process information and solve problems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Promoting and ensuring a safe working environment including adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry practices relating to the Measurement Process. Other duties as assigned.   Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ of related experience in natural gas related industry. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Broad knowledge, technical expertise and work experience relating to this position. Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel, as well as specialized software to interface with Electronic Flow Meters (EFMs), Gas Chromatographs and other related equipment. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field setting with minimal direct supervision. General knowledge of industry codes, regulations, company policies and practices. Effective oral and written communication skills. Conscientious individual who strives for excellence and continuously seeks improvement in systems and procedures, dedicated to the profitability of the Company within stringent legal and ethical standards.   Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards  Ability to work effectively in all working conditions noted above. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company Ability to lift, push, and pull at least a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally Able to work extended hours as needed or available for calls after regular working hours May have to work outside in all conditions periodically and withstand extreme or adverse weather conditions Able to work in close quarters: i.e., working while keeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing Regular and reliable attendance
