Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Analyst located in Coconut Creek, FL. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for managing the billing process, analyzing financial data, facilitating communication between departments regarding invoicing, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The Analyst will play a crucial role in financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or closely related field, required; an equivalent combination of education/experience may also be considered
- Experience in complex financial organizations and automated accounting systems
- General accounting experience in an environment with collections activity, or similar role
- Proven experience analyzing, reconciling and resolving accounting transactions
- Excellent communication skills, excellent computation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
- Ability to work individually and/or in a team environment
Further Qualifications
- Billing Process and Invoicing skills
- Analytical Skills and Financial analysis experience
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Accounts Receivable Professional) are a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
