PEOPLE SERVICES DIRECTOR
The People Services Director is a partner to the executive and leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives. Our campus location includes a combined 100-bed acute and skilled care facilities along with employed physician practices and employees over 350 full time employees and 80 physicians. The PSD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development. This is a hands-on role where the Director and performs day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks. The PSD reports directly to the hospital CEO, while receiving direction from Lifepoint Division People Services. Many People Service functions are centralized and administered through Lifepoint Business Services (coming October 2025) which includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, position control, performance reviews, transactions, employee and management self-service through the Oracle system.
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
