What You'll Do :

Proactively research, network, and cold-call to expand your customer base.

Oversee job sites to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry codes.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product enhancements, and customer needs.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and expense tracking.

What We're Looking For :

Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries (B2C and B2B).

Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently.

Willingness to travel locally to job sites, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
