About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring construction meets our high standards. This is a hands-on, project-based sales role where you will combine technical expertise with business development, helping customers find the best solutions for their residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with residential builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Conduct on-site meetings to present solutions and ensure construction meets specifications
- Proactively identify & qualify new leads through networking, research, and cold outreach
- Oversee job sites to ensure compliance with company standards and industry codes
- Stay ahead of industry trends and product enhancements to educate customers
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and expense tracking
Requirements
- Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or a related industry (B2B & B2C)
- Strong communication & presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented mindset—able to manage a territory independently
- Willingness to travel locally for job site visits, trade shows, and client meetings
- Experience with CRM software & sales tracking tools is a plus

Compensation: Competitive pay potential for future commissions ($50-$55k base, $100k-$200k first year potential)
