Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, setup and education of home rehab equipment that is ultimately contributing to the quality of patient care.
Duties
- Deliver equipment to hospitals and patient homes in a timely fashion.
- Fit equipment to Kinex standards of proper adjustment and use.
- Teach patients and family members how to use the equipment and follow proper protocols according to their physcian's orders.
- Pick-up equipment after the patient has completed their usage period.
- Troubleshoot and swap equipment when necessary.
- Guide patients or family members through paperwork that is required by insurance companies in order for Kinex to file claims properly.
