This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for Human Resources operations, including onboarding, compliance, administrative tasks, and employee services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR processes to make an impact within a dynamic organization.
What you will do :
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
- Create, maintain, and audit employee files in the HRIS system.
- Prepare and process various HR documentation, including change in status forms, promotion letters, and policy updates.
- Assist with HR projects, including maintaining organizational charts and managing checklists.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Respond to employment verification requests and process unemployment claims.
- Maintain an understanding of EEO codes, HR compliance requirements, and federal regulations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, benefits enrollment).
- Coordinate new hire orientation materials and logistics.
- Draft and issue offer letters for new hires.
- Post job descriptions and ensure they are formatted correctly and accurately reflect role requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in recruitment materials.
