Our client company, a leader in providing comprehensive diagnostics and engineering expertise for the global energy industry, is looking for a motivated Senior HR Coordinator to join their team!

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for Human Resources operations, including onboarding, compliance, administrative tasks, and employee services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR processes to make an impact within a dynamic organization.

What you will do :

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Create, maintain, and audit employee files in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare and process various HR documentation, including change in status forms, promotion letters, and policy updates.
  • Assist with HR projects, including maintaining organizational charts and managing checklists.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Respond to employment verification requests and process unemployment claims.
  • Maintain an understanding of EEO codes, HR compliance requirements, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, benefits enrollment).
  • Coordinate new hire orientation materials and logistics.
  • Draft and issue offer letters for new hires.
  • Post job descriptions and ensure they are formatted correctly and accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in recruitment materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in HR operations may be considered.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of federal HR compliance standards and EEO guidelines preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred skills

  • Previous experience managing checklists and processes.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, offer letters, and HR compliance procedures.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to team success.
