Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Align marketing efforts with sales and product development teams.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Eensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and corporate communications.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Lead content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
Advertising & Campaigns:
- Plan and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and growth.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on marketing effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or the equivalent in experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing management, ideally in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead a mid-sized team.
- Strong systems experience in Wordpress, Drupal, or others.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
