What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Controller position at King & Bishop?
Our client, a privately held Global R&D/Manufacturer of consumer products, located South of Boston, seeks a promotable Senior Controller. The Senior Controller will be a business partner and strategic advisor to the CFO, CEO, and global General Managers in the US, Europe, and Asia.
It is critical that this person has International experience, particularly in Asia.
In partnership with the CFO and CEO, the ideal candidate develops the strategy to ensure that the Company has the financial resources needed to achieve its current and future goals while mitigating financial and operational risk. S/he will also assist the CFO and CEO with preparing financial reports/decks to present at Board of Director meetings.
The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis experience gained in global manufacturing organizations. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required – an MBA and/or certification, such as a CFA or CPA preferred.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
