What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver position at King Capital Transport?

We are now hiring drivers to deliver small FedEx packages from the comfort of their own cars.
Pay and Benefits:
- $22.00/hour
- $20.00/day for Fuel
- Drivers are paid bi-weekly.
Working Hours
- 2-4 days between Monday and Friday
- Start Time: Between 7am and 8am
- End Time: Varies with package count
Driver requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a current driver’s license that you’ve held for at least a year.
- Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Must pass background screen.
- Must have a smartphone and cell service.
- Must be personable and represent FedEx Ground.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
- No DOT physical required.
- No commercial driving experience is necessary, but Lyft/Uber/Instacart experience is a plus.
Vehicle requirements:
- Must have a passenger type vehicle: SUV, Van, or truck (trucks must have a covered bed)
- Vehicle model year must be 2013 or newer.
- Vehicle must be in good condition (No damage, rust, stickers, decals, etc.)
- The vehicle must be registered to you and have proof of insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle remains insured, and that the insurance coverage is at the state minimum level. You may need to contact your insurance carrier and get inexpensive supplemental insurance.
