Job Description:
The Entry-Level Maintenance Technician will assist with general facility maintenance and
upkeep of equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager
to learn, and able to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our cultivation
facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of cultivation equipment, including lights, irrigation systems, and HVAC systems.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance needs consisting of painting, drywall repair, fixture placement, small mechanical repairs.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assist senior maintenance staff with more complex tasks and projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work and completed tasks
- Assist with inventory control for maintenance supplies and equipment
- Adhere to state and company policies, as well as safety regulations at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade Certification/Schooling (not required)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direct instructions, work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or general labor is a plus, but not required
- Use 6’-12’ Ladders daily, Scissor lift and crank lift for equipment
- Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check as required by state law
- Salary: $18 per hour

- On call in the future is a must
- Weekend work/rotating 1st shift schedule must (Room flips, emergency’s, big projects)
- Tools provided
- Uniforms provided
- Previous experience and certifications is a plus
- 90 day probationary period
