Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and label cannabis products according to customer orders and compliance requirements
- Verify order details, including product types, quantities, and packaging standards
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to management promptly
- Ensure all orders meet legal and regulatory requirements, including age verification and seed-to-sale tracking
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Communicate with operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist in restocking and organizing inventory as needed
- Conduct final checks on orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Address customer issues related to order fulfillment promptly and professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or cannabis-related fields are a plus
- Experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
