KCHA seeks a Property Management professional with exceptional experience to transform lives through housing by providing senior leadership and strategic direction for all Property Management, Central Applications Center (CAC), Resident Services, and maintenance operations within the Housing Authority. Skilled as both a strategic leader and innovator, our next Senior Vice President of Property Management (SVP) will be instrumental in KCHA’s ability to serve our community and support or employees.
The SVP oversees nearly 4,000 units across 92 developments, which include Public Housing, Project-Based Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit-funded properties, and unique local programs. This role ensures seamless integration of Property Management, CAC, Resident Services, and Maintenance operations, promoting impeccable standards of compliance, customer service, and operational excellence. The SVP holds total compliance and operational responsibility for KCHA’s management relationship with Sedro-Woolley Housing Authority, a small public housing authority with 80 units of public housing.
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced senior professional to join us as our next SVP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expertise and a robust background in housing programs and/or property management. They will demonstrate a deep commitment to community and the capability to navigate and lead through transformational changes within the housing authority landscape.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $173,210.00 to $268,473.65 with a midpoint of $220,843.00. KCHA offers a comprehensive benefits package for you and your dependents includes medical, dental and vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance plans, vacation, sick and personal leave, reduced tuition, and retirement benefits.
