Responsibilities of the home health bath aide include the following :
Providing hands-on personal care including :
A. Baths
B. Oral hygiene
C. Shampoos
D. Changing bed linen
E. Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
F. Skin care to prevent breakdown
G. Reporting any changes in skin integrity to RN or LPN
H. Assisting patient with toileting activities
G. Assisting the patient with toileting activities
