What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Supervisor position at King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation?
We are currently seeking a FT Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care delivery at all times in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and caring. He/she will be responsible for leading, supervising, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and King David Policies and Procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
- Must be clinically and professionally current and competent in knowledge and practice to ensure delivery of quality care.
- Commitment to the care of the elderly.
- Must be able to interact appropriately with families, residents and staff.
- Must be able to interact on a professional level with all departments.
- Must be able to act as a role model for all staff members under scope of management.
- Day shift scheduling for nursing staff.
- Weekend point person for the campus staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary: $36/hour (RN) based on experience
