What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security guard position at King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation?
We are currently looking for a Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard has the responisibility to secure the building and its tenants and employees while acting as a liaison of the building toward visitors / guests.
The Security Guard must : Ensure a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors and employees.
- Respond to tenants needs as directed and report information to families and report log.
- Monitor lobby, hallways and all first level doors as appropriate intervals.
- Document all activities per shift. Monitor parking lot and react as necessary.
- Notifies and communicates to supervisors any difficulties that should be brought to their attention.
- Put up activities on reader board.
- Promptly and accurately implement directives given by supervisors.
- Display appropriate Guest Service Standard at all times.
Essential Qualifications :
- Previous security experience or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
- Must be neat in appearance and in complete uniform.
- Ability to interact with tenants, guests and employees in a positive manner.
- Display exceptional Guest Relation Skills.
Shifts are typically 4p-12a, weekend rotation required
