Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, based on experience, and benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k with up to 4% match.

What you’ll do as a Fabrication Worker:

  • Support production and help Fabrication reach its daily targets.
  • Safely operate a wide range of equipment used in sheet metal fabrication, on the job training provided.
  • Verify work orders and set up machines for production runs using correct tooling.
  • Accurately read, understand, and follow technical drawings to complete work orders.
  • Monitor quality in all steps of your work - our goal is zero defects passed on!
  • Follow all standard work. Help develop new or revised standard work as directed.
  • Be flexible and move between different assignments or machines.
  • Take direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Actively engage in cross training and Lean continuous improvement efforts.
  • Share your knowledge and help train others once you become proficient.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment using Lean 5S organization principles.
  • Follow all safety rules including the proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Be on time for every shift – reliable attendance is a must!

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment (tape measure, etc.).
  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow build diagrams or work order instructions.
  • The ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for your full shift.
  • Bonus points if you have past experience working in a metal shop, manufacturing, or construction.

Pay & Benefits:

  • The full pay range for this position is $21-22.50. New hires typically start at $21, depending on related experience, education/training, and other qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
  • Discounted premiums on medical, dental, and vision insurance through United Healthcare.
  • 401(k) matching with immediate vesting – up to 4%!
  • 2 weeks paid time off, plus 7 paid holidays.

Hours & Address:

  • This is a 100% on-site, full-time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed.
  • Work address is 9131 10th Ave S., Seattle, WA 98108.
